Educater was honoured to present the Lifetime Achievement Award to Jenny Gridley at the 2017 Nasen Awards.

The event took place on Thursday, October 19, at the Museum of London and highlighted the achievements of those who work tirelessly to make a difference to people’s lives.

The Lifetime Achievement award was the final prize to be handed out on the night and was created to recognise an ‘inspirational individual who, through their dedication over a significant amount of time, has had a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people with SEND’ – Jenny Gridley is a deserving winner, with high appraise also going to the two runners up, Judi Bush and Stephanie Everson.

Comedian Lucy Porter compered the award ceremony, which marked Nasen’s 25th anniversary. Congratulations to all the evenings winners and nominees.
